• Returns Portal means the online interface provided by Back.tech through which a user can initiate, manage, or track a return, exchange, or refund request with a participating retailer.
• Site means back.tech and any associated consumer-facing portals, applications, or digital interfaces provided by Back.tech.
• User / You means any individual who accesses or uses our site, including consumers using the returns or exchange portal.

• You must comply fully with any local, national, or international laws and regulations that apply.
• You must not use our site in any way, or for any purpose, that is misleading, unlawful or fraudulent.

Back.tech and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the site and content, including copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, and patent rights. All content is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.
