- Site means back.tech and any associated consumer-facing portals, applications, or digital interfaces provided by Back.tech.
- User / You means any individual who accesses or uses our site, including consumers using the returns or exchange portal.
- We / Us / Our means 8ACK.COM LTD (“Back.tech”).

Acceptable usage
